Instructor Pathway — Lead With Confidence

The Instructor Pathway is for experienced practitioners who want to teach. Level 4 covers pedagogy, safety leadership, group management, and contribution to NBSC standards. Level 5 (Master Instructor) is awarded by the council — not enrolled — for sustained excellence.
